Once registered, you are connected with your own staff member to guide you along your weight loss journey. Communication and education begins right away! We will give you tips and tricks for an easy start and answer any questions you may have.
A Typical Day at the Burn Fat Forever Retreat
7:00 am – Wake up to the Day
Start your morning with a nice cup of coffee or tea on the porch or in our cozy reception area.
8:00 am – Fitness
Body Wake-Up fitness class incorporates breathing exercises with slow controlled movements to wake the body up and get ready for the day.
9:00 am – Breakfast
You will be treated to a delicious gourmet-style breakfast to make your taste buds sing.
10:00 am – Education
Enjoy fun, interactive, and educational workshops with practical daily living tips to coach you along on your weight loss journey. Be prepared to be amazed and sometimes surprised. The research is clearly shaking up the world of nutrition. Much of what we have been taught about healthy foods is not only wrong but dangerous to our health.
11:00 am – Personal Time
Enjoy some free time to pick up a book from our library, take a walk among the trees, walk in our labyrinth, bamboo grove, or relax in a hammock.
12:00 pm – Lunch
Featuring a variety of tasty and satisfying lunches.
1:00 pm – Education

Are you last on your to-do list? Do you feel you have no time to pursue health and fitness? Our resident health and wellness coach will discuss proven techniques for meeting your obligations without sacrificing your health.
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Personal Time
We would be remiss if we didn’t give you some time to enjoy our beautiful facilities. Go swimming at the waterfall pool, sit in the hot tub or sauna, go for a walk in the mediation garden, or just relax in one of the many hammocks on the property.

6:00 pm – Dinner
Time to tickle your taste buds again with culinary delights such as Baked Tilapia with lemon caper sauce, roasted asparagus, and even gourmet pizza!
7:00 pm – Group Events
Nightly activities group sessions with our resident professional fairy godmother, Dr. Tina Thomas, movie night with our own kale chips, and group pool night! (with yummy appetizers and fun drinks) Weather permitting; we may even have a bon fire!
